Curd Cake
Ingridients:
70-75g Butter
150g Sugar
130g Cottage cheese
2 Eggs
150g Flour
1/2tsp baking powder
Making:
Mix sugar and room temperature butter. And Cottage cheese and eggs. Mix till well blended. Add flour and baking powder. Mix till everything is well blended.
preheat the oven to 160 - 170 Degrees Celcius (depending on your oven).
Prepear bread shaped pan with butter or bakingpaper.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in oven for 55 minutes or untill its golden brouwn.
Use toothpick to check if its cooked inside.
Serve it warm and with coffee.
